The brand Eisco was established in 1968 by two brothers, Mr. KK and Mr. PK Jain. However, the business traces its roots back to the 1940s, when their father, Mr. J.P Jain relocated to Ambala, a small village in India at the time, to start a new life trading science equipment. What began as an electronic instrumentation business, operating out of a small home office, has grown over generations into Eisco we know today.

In 1996 Mr. Sumit Jain, son of KK Jain, joined the family business with fresh energy and a big, global vision. The values passed down through generations of family members played a crucial role in shaping how Sumit envisioned the business’s future. Sumit knew the next chapter was going to be all about growth. Together with KK and PK, they ramped up investments in manufacturing, focused on continuously improving product quality, and made customer service their top priority. Their goal? To earn trust and build relationships that would last for generations, just like their business.

Another adventure began when Sumit packed his bags and flew to the U.S., where he met Ben Pearson. What started as a cold call quickly turned into a warm friendship. Over coffee, they hit it off, and before long, they weren’t just business partners—they were “business brothers.”

In 2012, Ben took a bold step into entrepreneurship, transforming an old grinding factory into Eisco’s USA headquarters. His first hire was his father, Doug, and together they gradually expanded their team. Starting from scratch, they salvaged a container of goods and worked tirelessly to create a bootstrapped distribution center, leveraging analytics to design products and bring them to market. Within a year, Eisco USA surpassed initial expectations. As of 2024, the company has relocated to a 100,000-square-foot facility, employing over 50 people and is closing in on our aspirations of 9 figure annual revenue. The Pearson family is an essential part of the Eisco story, helping the brand make a name for itself in the Western Hemisphere.
